Tom Six writes and directs this biological horror sequel. Inspired by the experiments of the deranged Dr. Heiter in ‘The Human Centipede’ (2009), tyrannical prison warden Bill Boss (Dieter Laser) and his accountant Dwight Butler (Laurence R.

Harvey) set about creating a 500-person human centipede as the perfect punishment for their inmates and a warning to anyone wishing to pursue a life of crime.
