The sequel to the smash-hit of 1977 continues the good ol’ boy antics with Burt Reynolds and company once again tangling with Sheriff Buford T Justice (Jackie Gleason), this time over the transportation of a pregnant elephant! Also starring Sally Field. ‘Smokey 3’ omits Reynolds and Field and focuses on Jackie Gleason’s Sheriff and the notorious Enises (Paul Williams and Pat McCormick) who challenge him and the Snowman (Jerry Reed) to make a special delivery from Miami to Texas in 24 hours!
