Acid Raver

Utter presents The Jaffa Kids Acid Raver on 2xLP housed in a smiley sleeve with bonus perforated acid tab sheet.

While The Jaffa Kid – real name Daniel Pringle – has been releasing music since the mid 2000s, he has recently become a man possessed, relentlessly and unceremoniously uploading over 50 albums to Bandcamp since 2019. Prolific is an understatement.

Acid Raver was recorded in 2019 during what Pringle describes as a two week acid bender and is part of an ongoing series of 303-based experiments. With BPMs varying from the 120s up to the 150s, the tracks collected here touch on a variety of acidic styles from the stripped-back and hypnotic to full-blooded jacking fist-pumpers, then on up to all-out squelching pandemonium. Aciiieeed!

Mastered and cut by Helmut Erler at D&M, Berlin in 2020.

Limited to 303 hand-numbered copies 🙂
